CH. Moonshine’s Oscar Meyer & La La

Weimaraners require exercise and a structured routine.

They will become destructive and/or disobedient if they do not receive adequate exercise and have a structured routine.

The Weimaraner is part of your family and life.  It is not a dog that you can throw out in the back yard and give 5 to 10 minutes of your time to on a daily basis.

Florida Weimaraner Rescue, Inc.

Moonshine’s Star Chaser

Home

I started the www.flweimrescue.com website in 1999 to help the Weimaraner clubs in Florida have a common database for Weims in need of fostering, new homes and transportation.  Also, it was a place where people interested in owning a Weimaraner could gather information, send in an application to adopt or to volunteer.

I am in the process of opening a not for profit company and filing for a 501(c)3 IRS status.  I hope that this company will help defray the financial burden that so many of our Foster Care Agents around the state face when rescuing our Gray Ghosts.

Update 05/2008:  We are submitting our 501c3 paperwork this month.

Throughout this website you will see pictures of my Weims most of whom are rescues.  I also have pictures of my Weimaraners’ family members and friends.
